Hey guys i really need ur experiance to help me through this.....
am going to start clen cycle (2 weeks on and 2 weeks on as recomended) but the diet thing is very confusing and i dunno what to do..... i was on clen before for two weeks and i didnt lose that much of a weight (just 4kgs) so i think there is sth wrong with my diet....
my diet..
an apple in the morning
after 2-3 hour one can of tuna with latus
after 3 hours check breast (2)
after training a can of tuna
thats a horrible diet and i need help to lose weight....
i do cardio 45min in the mroning and 45 min during my training......
plz guys i need to lose thise 10 kgs or more.....
