pre workout meal
i'm trying to come up with a cutting diet. from what ive read, the bulk of your carbs should be at breakfast and pwo. so what would be best to eat for my preworkout meal??

Meh...I like carbs throughout the day. Just dont go crazy and have 4 sweet potatoes at one time. I agree with what Tai said...carbs pre workout are a must.

i am oblivious to any tone when its written in text. thats the main reason i dont im or email. i really am completely unaware of anything implied online.
also, this guy mackiavelli on elite who is in crazy condition said brown rice would bloat and smooth him out. dudes ridiculously shredded so i figured other people may have this issue too. his diet was interesting, definately knows his stuff. so that also lead to my misunderstanding.Last edited by timtim; 07-04-2006 at 08:56 AM.

but im just saying there are way more beneficial carbs out there that can be utilized way more effecitve by the body such as yams/potatos and others similar to that... as far as rice goes.. its stupid

Got to love potatoes though. A few potatoes and a big nice steak.
Daddy just about any carb with any lean protein source will work. Wont make a noticable difference if its potatoes, rice, pasta, whole grain bread, milk, fruits ect.
