    2 Awesome Cereals!!!

    Found these at the store, they are new to me, hopefully they are of help to someone.

    Special K: Protein Plus (10 g. protein per serving and 5g. fiber per serving. 100 calories per serving with out milk)

    Fiber One: Honey Clusters (3 g. protein per serving, which sucks, but 14 g. fiber per serving, 170 calories per serving without milk) This one also tastes alright, has a little bit of a sweet taste also, dosent taste like cardboard like most fiber cereals.

    Hope this is of use to someone.

    what's the special k protein plus taste like? special k already had a lotta protein as it was i thought. stupid question, what's the advantage of that much fiber to a bodybuilder?

    The "Protein Plus" dosen't really have a taste to be honest, if anything, a little sweet. The original special K didnt really have that much protein maybe 3g if I remember correctly. In terms of advantages fiber helps prevent the absorbtion of calories somewhat and helps by allowing excretion of waste in the bowel i.e. helps you take a shit.

    I don't eat cereal, but THE BEST EVER is Kellogs Smart Start with Protein. It always stays crisp, it's low in sugar and fat, and it has like 15g protein/serving.

    If I eat cereal it's Peanut butter crunch w/chocolate milk.

    Cheat day or not at all for me personally.

    I dont eat cereal. When I do I eat organic flax cereal to get some good fibre and fats. Maybe once every two weeks or so.

    No offense Jport... but if your serious about gettin cut as you say... THROW OUT THE CEREAL....only carbs you should be eatin for a while would be rice,oats, and sweetpotatoes.... jsut all depends on how much you want it

    No Milk or Cereal when trying to cut.. Try eggs/oats.

    i dont find it that great casuse the protein comes from soy and it mixes carbs and fats

    it is good for anyone on a public diet or just trying to be healthy, yes. but if you are training and trying to gain muscle and hold off teh fat, i think there are much better choices. but in the line of cereals, i think the special K might be your best option if you are going to eat the cereal anyway.

    i'd rather add skim to oats, i eat them like cereal.

    I eat a cereal called "Shut the f*ck up and eat chicken breasts you refined sugar b!tch"

    It goes well with my "Lactose is for homos" 2% milk.

    I was being extremly sarcastic..sometimes that's hard to convey online.

    Good cereals are the shit, but everytime I consume cereal, I think to myself "I should be eating protein".

    I also like the fiber one honey clusters, it tastes really good with a banana and some splenda and it has plenty of fiber wich helps me stay regular, i add some skim plus milk and i'm set....
