    My cutting diet...please critique!!

Let me first say, I am looking to cut around 15lbs. I am NOT traing for a show, nor am I a professional bodybuilder. I am just looking to cut some weight. This is my first time writting a real cutting diet. I plan on eating every 2-3 hours. 6 meals a day. Minimum 1 gallon of water a day. Additionally I am taking a protein and createne supplement (ethyl esther, so no bloat) and the thermogenic Animal Cuts by Universal). In some cases I may change some of the meals around such as sub. meal #1 for #2 or #3....for variety (not sure if its a good idea).

    Meal #1: 1 cup oatmeal ("weight control": 160 cal. 6g fiber, 1g sugar, 7 g protein) and 1 orange

Meal #2: 3-5 eggs scrambeled and 1 piece of wheat toast.

Meal #3: Protein shake with 1 bannana blended in.

Meal #4: 6-8 ounces of chicken, fish, or steak. and either one cup mixed veggies (washed off to get rid of excess salt) or 1 cup rice

Meal #5: 1 cup high fiber cereal with skim milk.

Meal#6: Protein shake with bananna mixed in.

I am 5'10", 177lbs. 20 years old. You can see some of my recent pics (from within the last week) on my latest post. I have read the cutting sticky, but am confused about some of it, so I tried to make my own.

I tried to design one that would allow for a transition to the typical cutting diet. Since I used to be used to eating poorly, I need to make one that will bridge the gap between the two extremem patterns, otherwsie I will most liekly fail. Im still working on my will power and what not. Please make suggestions.

Meal #1: 1 cup oatmeal ("weight control": 160 cal. 6g fiber, 1g sugar, 7 g protein) and 1 orange Need protein here. Try 6egg whites/2 with yolks or 6oz lean meat.

Meal #2: 3-5 eggs scrambeled and 1 piece of wheat toast. Add 1cup Veggies + shoot for atleast 6-8egg whites
Meal #3: Protein shake with 1 bannana blended in. Drop the banana for 1/2cup oats.
Meal #4: 6-8 ounces of chicken, fish, or steak. and either one cup mixed veggies (washed off to get rid of excess salt) or 1 cup rice Do both Veg + Rice.. Where do you workout during the day?
Meal #5: 1 cup high fiber cereal with skim milk. Replace this meal with something High in Protein/Veg/little to no carbs
Meal#6: Protein shake with bananna mixed in. Prot/Fat meal.. Try Salmon w/Veggie or Steak + flax.
Total macros according to my changes:
    Approx.
    250g Protein
    200g Carbs
    30g Fat
Total calories around - 2200.. too low to maintain LBM imo, I'd add another meal during the day containing 500-600calories.

This is a very broad example.. more info is needed to write you a correct diet.. just trying to give you ideas to improve what you had.
