Monitoring progress....please help?
I am going to cut weight using a cutting diet, but at the same time I am lifting to gain/maintain size. I need to cut 2lbs of fat a week to reach my goal, but as I am lifting and cutting, the scale will not be a reliable tool to let me knwo fi I have lost the 2lbs of fat for that week.....anyone know of anyother way I can monitor my progress to make sure I am cutting that 2lbs of fat that I need to???

bro. this the 2nd thread you start about the same issue, the way it works as following:
you do you own research (obviously you have not)
and then post what YOU think will work for you based on the line out of the cutting diet sticky or any similar post.
then many guys here will help you re-adjusting the diet to get best results.
however, you are insisting on someone to just come up and tell you eat this and that at time whatever. which will not happen. again bro sorry no flaming but u gotta put in some effort into it.

i have done some, but of course I can alway slearn more. i am still new to the boards. I have read alot, but i have not focused on one subject. The point of this thread is hwo to mintor the loss of the 2lbs. I do not want dieting suggestions here. Just other than a scale, how do i confirm the loss of the 2 lbs of fat. perhaps tape measure? Sorry if the threads seem similar.
