    Bulking

    If one was thinking about taking something like Dbol or something more related to bulking could that persons diet be dirtier while "on"? I have read several posts about be able to eat a bit dirtier than a normal clean bulk but just wondering how dirty one could actually eat and get away with, with minimal fat gains. I am 20 y.o. 190 lbs. and gain weight rather easily.

    I want to know if a clean bulk would be best or if a dirty bulk would be ok with minimal fat gains. I have heard so many different opinions from different people and would like to know what you guys suggest.

    I was going to post this in the steroids section but figured it had to do more about dieting.

    if youre "thinking about taking dbol" u r not ready for aas.

    Oh! no no...I'm new to dieting and wasn't even thinking about going on a cycle (I posted this for future reference when I am more familiar with steroids and want to bulk up). Even if I were I surely wouldn't take Dbol by itself. I was just curious when if and when i do decide to bulk up with a "bulking steroid" if one could eat more freely (dirty bulking) as opposed to clean bulking without gaining much fat.

    i would still eat clean, just up the cals if you want the extra. no need to get extra cals from trash. unless its cheat day

    Clean food and cardio will prohibit fat gain, not a particular aas. I wouldn't depend on a drug to really be a crutch like that. There's no shortcuts. Glad to see you're saving it for later though..

    i have gained a considerable amount of weight while on my dbol but i try to keep it clean with only one free day each week, but honestly it can be very difficult to eat 5000 kcals/day of clean food. a lot of preparation needs to be done before your first cycle if you want to reap the benefits that are possible with hard work, proper diet, and anabolics. i would stay away from the junkfood anyways because they don't provide you with the nutritional building blocks that are essential to building the best body you can.

    some ideas that I use to kep me motivated and my diet clean:

    "nothing tastes as good as fit feels."

    "you are the result of your decisions."

    i don't mean to steer away from teh thread here, but what about nutritional approaches in regards to PCT, little different, and would you be AS clean then? just curious because you state how important nutritional approaches are (which i do firmly agree) but i was just wondering where you sat in regards to the question.

    eating 5000 cals cleanly isnt hard.. i love to eat though. dieting is what kills me. my friend is talking about doing a d-bol only cycle casue a friend told him it was good. i told him he is a fool. i even showed him a bunch of stuff from here. he doesnt know how to train or diet correctly.. i think he is past the point of no return though. he got a source from a friend but it looks shady. hes going to end up in jail after gaining one pound of muscle with tits and a shot liver.

    had a friend who was going to do that summer after H.S. graduation. couldn't talk him out of it. so... i told him if he didn't change his mind i was going to punch him in the face. ("my fist... your face"). he said he wouldn't do it without researching it, and some other crap. he did look into it and found out it wasn't a good idea and did decide against it. he does have a cycle uner his belt now. but it was done well and with PCT so i congratulated him for it.

    he doesn't know that i would have had a VERY hard time jakking him up, if i could even take myself to that point. but its something to think about i guess. unles you aren't intense like me.

    i think he jsut doesnt really want to do injections i told him there are oral only cycles besides d-bol solo. Ive never used aas's but i have been reading up on them alot for the future. He believes to much abotu what he heres (he a no-explode user..haha). i gave him links to the newbie aas's stickies and this site, i dont know how much that is going to help. He's more of a gym buddy then a real friend, so i dont know if punching him would be a good idea im on probation...but ill just piss on his d-bol if he gets it , id like to see him eat them with my piss on them.
    Im going to search oral only cycles just incase hes to puss for the needle. i have to wait at least 45 days AND over 100 posts right, not OR for source checks right? cause i dont want to see him go to jail over beign stupid, I wont have any one to lift with that isnt 45. because some of these webpages are like pharmacy blah blah dot com with pictures etc and they dont look like what i have heard they should look like, price lists with nothing else. the stuff looks like a scam. Im also going to have him try like sd or halodrol first becasue hell be happy with the gains of that..

    if he's not a "real" friend i wouldn't bother finding a source. just tell him to read about anavar, its not as harsh as some and smarter than dobol for starters IMO.

    former fatty here thats why i can do it i guess. it might suck eating alot but you get used to it. plus the outcome is worth it. I have banged so many girls since ive gained muscle and lost fat and man do i enjoy a nice bj. i cant wait to get down to my target weight.

    You don't eat "dirtier" when bulking, you just eat more. You can't just go out and eat Big Macs all day just because you are juicing or bulking.

    i wish big macs made me lose weight and get big casue i would have been huge my entire life. instead i drink metamucli, eat tuna, chicken, peanut butter, and oatmeal...i hate all of these things.

    i dont hate being in good shape. i hate eatign healthy. ilove getting in shape it makes me feel so good about my self and gives me confidence. i jsut like sugar and high fuctose and transfat filled foods
