Funny I came across this. I am actually eating tuna right now off the frying pan. Makes it a little better/easier to eat. Probably adds some carcinogines but I know many people that do it. Throw in some vegetables and it isnt that bad.

frying doesnt do any real harm and very little(if any) of the fat used will be absorbed by the tuna. So fry away
I prefer the tuna shakes myself

1 can of tuna, about half a liter of cola light(or some strong tasting diet lemonade) and just blend the muther****er properly and chug it down as fast as you can. You can down it in 2-3 second and never have a chanse to taste it. But you need the cola or something that blunts the tuna taste.
I lived on those bad boys for a long time. 4-5 a day=175grams of extra cheap protein a day

just eat canned chicken, if you cant stand tuna. I hate fish with a passion. just eat the tuna and dont be a puss about it. if u wanna get big and cut just deal with it. the outcome is worth it IMO

personally, i think that a combination of a can of tuna and some tomato sauce (that you would put on pasta or what not) make a good combination... you can't really taste the tuna at all. also, if you're using this as a post workout meal, you can add in some brown rice or whole grain pasta and get some good carbs and protein all at the same time. i just try to convince myself that you gotta eat big to get big so whatever you gotta do to get it done is good to go.
good luck.

hell, i mostly just eat the tuna straight out of the can as is.....but occaisionally I will scramble some egg whites with a can in a pan with some red pepper.

I also like baking a small potato and throwing a couple of cans of tuna in a blender with the potato and some worchester sauce.
