    cutting ratio

What do you think is a good ratio (protein, carbs, fat)for fatloss?
If I do a highcarb diet and eat a lot of whole wheat my stomach get bad and I have to go to the toilett many times. If I eat much fat I get acne.
Can I in my 2 first meals eat oatmeal and some protein and for 3 or 4 meals eat protein, veggies and some fat?

Well said, you must experiment to find what works best for you. And it won't always work the same every time you cut. 4 years ago I could cut well on 45/40/15 but now I have to get around 55/25/20.
