    calorie counter

    just wondering if anyone could suggest a good calorie counting website?
    u know the kind u can enter what u ate in and it will tell u how many cals especially looking for one that includes food from when u eat out as well... chipotle, wendys, goodcents....

    or maybe there is one that is a free download?

    yeah fitday is the best I have stumbled over and I have used it for several years now.

    i use calorieking.com from time to time as well, but fitday is my numero uno.

    I took a nutrition class the first year in college and we used a program that got updated every year. I cant remember the name of it though. Maybe someone can chime in with the name, cuz I want to find it again myself. The yearly updates even included massive ammts of resturant food.

    i did the same thing in highschool thats how i knew that they were out there

    fitday is good but i am using the free version and it doesnt seem to have a prompt for sugar content in foods, just carbs and under carbs they have fiber but no sugar/??????? oes the pay per use version have this i wonder??
