where to get dextrose???

i want to start adding dextrose into my diet but im not sure where to find it. i know its found in like sweettarts and nerds candy but where else??

2:1 Ratio

30 grams Protien 60 grams of Dex

But it would depend on your diet and desired macros

I get mine from bulknutrtion . com. It's $2 for a 2lb bag. I use a 1:1 ratio. Many suggest 2:1 carbs to protein. Play around with it and see how you respond.

i got some dextrose from bb.com, but i didn't see any sizes close to 20lbs available... i believe it was about a pound or two which is nothing compared to those other places, but at least now you know another place you can get it. bb.com does have good fast shipping in my experience so you may get it quickly if you need it soon.
