Need some advice with cheese and cutting.

As I understand dairy in general is bad for cutting (Milk, cream, butter) due to the milk sugars.

Fat Free Cottage cheese is OK while cutting.

Im looking at some pepper jack cheese here and its got: 0 carbs, 6g protien, 9g fat. No carbs/ no sugars is it ok while cutting? Will it also produce a bloated look?

How about Yougart? I had heard its ok to use but it's dairy?

    Im confused......

    Thanx

TOTALLY, depends on your diet. if they fit into your diet plan, and you are seeing results, then they work.

I typically stay away from dairy..I may have it in there the first 1-2 weeks of my cut...but I throw it out quickly.

if it got 0 carbs its good for a pro/fat meal.

Yoghurt has so many benifits that it is good to include it in a pro/carb meal imo(if it fits into your diet). Just make sure its low fat.
