3 months in the making..my progress

    3 months in the making

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So i used to work out in highschool religiously and was an athlete but the i decided to got to ASU and drink pretty often and not work out for 2 years. ..needless to say my weight went from a strong 240 to a flabby 285...in the begining of april i went back to the gym daily and now i am back to 240 and have gone down 2 pant sizes...i used many supplements in highschool and now am taking E/C without the aspirin and am feeling pretty good about it...im 6'1 240...havent taken measurements but i wear a size 48 suit and a 17.5 neck dress shirt and have a 3 waist now (down from a 40)...i think it may be time to get a better diet going because right now i just watch what i eat....i dont really have the schedule that allows me to eat meals at specific times so i think i may give this a try because i wake up at different times everyday...

MEAL 1) raisin bran cereal with oats from the cardboard cylinder and 1% milk

MEAL 2) Optimum Nutrition protein shake with oats mixed in...PWO

MEAL 3) Chicken Caesar Salad or just chicken breast...

    MEAL 4) Chicken breast

i know that i should be eating 6 meals a day but i dont think i can make time to do it due to stressful schedule of work...should i just try to get some chicken breast into my stomach every 4 hrs...BTW i hate tuna...

THIS IS A CUTTING PHASE....i dont need to be the next bodybuilder of the century just get down to a reasonable bf%..i guess around 15% cause im not sure what am now
