Eating question
For the last two day's I've drank a gallon of water and took a bite of tuna every half of hour then when that was gone i took a bite of roast beef sandwhich? if feels like i'm starting to get hungry everyday and maybe move up to two bites every 30- mins sound good or bad?

Well the thing is I never feel hungry i could go a couple days without eating i mosty just eat cause i'm bored or just cause my mind tells me to not my stomach and now i'm starting to feel hungry. Meals of bite of something every 30 mins

I'm trying to speed up my meta I tried the meals but i couldn't get them down i'd come to a point i was going to throw up

That wont help eating smaller meals evenly spaced out through the day will help. I also read cardio helps speed up the metabo...

I do Am cardio on a empty stomach then work out at night, I tried the smaller meals everly spaced and i couldn't do it I could get any food down when it came to meal 3

We call what you do "grazing".. also what cows do.. do you want to look like a cow? lmao
Eat small meals periodically throughout the day, it's tried and true.
If you can't do this then bodybuilding isn't for you.. take up golf maybe?

How about you setup a real diet so you actually know what you are consuming and then can make changes as needed.

I have never heard of any succesful BBer or ANYONE for that matter, eat similarly to the way you described you are. Take IBD's advice, I feel SO MUCH BETTER after just making the few changes I needed to make to my diet, seriously. You dont know how much you can improve until you do it.

Okay this is the diet i posted and didn't get alot of feedback so i tried something else
45-60 minutes cardio
8:00 a.m.
Meal 1 pro/fat
9:30 a.m.
6oz chicken breast + veggies + Metamucil + 2 tsp flax
Meal 2: Pro/fat
11:30 a.m.
1.5 scoops whey + veggies + multi vitamin + 1000mg Vit C + 2 tsp flax
Meal 3: Pro/carb
1:30 p.m.
1 can tuna + 2 slices wheat bread + 200mg chromium + 100mg b-complex
Work Out 2:30-3:30 p.m.
Meal 4: PWO Pro/carb
3:45 p.m.
1 ½ cups oats + 1.5 scoops whey + 200mg chromium + 100mg b-complex
Meal 5: Pro/fat
6:00 p.m.
6oz chicken breast + veggies + 2 tsp flax
Meal 6: Pro/fat
8:00 p.m.
1.5 scoops whey + 1000mg Vit C
Meal 7: Pro/fat
10:00 p.m.
1 can tuna + 3 egg whites + Metamucil + 2 tsp flax

don't know what macros are cutting about 5"9 243lbs bf% i'd say 30 something goals is to have a visable abs by next summer

This dude i meet off of here said some anavar would work good with my cardio and cutting down diet so i'm getting some of the in like 2 weeks a 6 weeks 20mg pills

bro if your just trying to cut a few pounds to get your abs to poke through, your best bet is to do get that diet correct along with some good cardio 4 or 5 times a week, if thats you in the avvy, you dont look that fat, so really i dont think you would need ana at all...imo

Why don't you figure out the macros and then post again.. You expect us to do all the work for you. I/We don't have time for that, I'm currently 7wks out from a show and would like to offer advice but am not going to hold your hand.

bro dont take steroids . you are in terrible shape. you dont need steroids you need a diet and stick to it. 30% bf is a lot. getting abs by next summer is going to be a huge task. you might lose weight to fast and get loose skin and have to get surgeryto ever see your abs. you cant just take steroids and get abs it take commitment. ive been on a diet for a couple months now and im jsut now seeing my abs develop and i was not over 30% bf more like 20

Thats a good diet if you want to lose WEIGHT. Weight I mean fat and muscle...because you'll lose plenty of both..namely muscle.
Protein and carbohydrates are WAY too low. Fat is WAY too high for cutting. Time to re think things.
