Quiet Cutting diet?
Hey everyone,
I am trying to put together a cutting diet and I wanted your opinion on what I have thus far.
Stats
5'10"
185lbs 22%BF
I believe that puts me at about 145 LBM
BTW it is difficult for me to eat tuna, although I know it is a good source of protein, and there is no way I could eat any other type of fish!
Meal 1
Shake + 1/4 cup Oats
[(228 cals) 37.5 P, 15 C, 2.25 F]
Meal 2
1 Can Tuna + EFA's
[(241 cals) 42 P, 0 C, 6.5 F]
Meal 3
Chicken Breast
[(194 cals) 34 P, 0 C, 4 F]
Pre Workout Meal 4
Egg whites + Green Beans
[(211 cals) 37 P, 13.5 C, 0 F]
PWO Meal 5
Shake
[(667 cals) 60 P, 100 C, 3 F]
PPWO Meal 6
Tuna + EFA's
[(291 cals) 42 P, 0 C, 12 F]
Totals 1832 Cals
252 Protein
128 Carbs
28 Fat
Bedtime!!
Any comments, questions, or advice are all welcome!
Thanks

You are lackin' some serious fats there in many meals. As well, this is the approach for training days but what about days you do not weight train?

I was thinking on non training days I would just spread out those extra cals from PWO to the other 5 meals and try to achieve a balance.
So how much more fat should I add in there?
