    Bulking

Ive been clean bulking for about 2 months now and hitting the gym 3 times a week.I eat every 3 hours and have 6 meals a day.My job is not very active at all as i repair computers for a living.

My question is how much weight should i be putting on a week roughly?.

.5-1 pound. Any more than that (naturally) would most likely be fat. Of course thats after the first 1-3 weeks...where water weight will rise. I would also try to eat every 2 hours. I have posted in your other thread as well..

people often make errors when trying to bulk they think they should eat everthing in their path to pack on size no need to overload on carbs protein and fats all at once,5000-6000 cals is a joke no need at all,why cover up all that muscle with shit loads of fat to gain a few extra pounds which you will most likely lose when you cut,yes bulking should contain increased carbs/protein etc but not a rediclous amount like some suggest.cals are only part of the picture the rest is what type of cals you take in.
