    My Diet,Please Advise

    Ok i thought id post my diet to get some idea whether its right or wrong.

    Im 31,6"2,180lb always been a skinny guy just started putting alittle size n shape on.

    MEAL 1 08:30

    2 scoops of weight gainer/protein (900 cals) in a pint of low fat milk
    2 slices wholemeal dry toast
    2 weetabix with low fat milk

    MEAL 2 11:30

    200 grams of chicken bites
    4 rice cakes
    1 banana

    MEAL 3 13:30

    2x chicken breasts {240g}
    400 grams cooked rice
    1x apple

    MEAL 4 16:30

    1x tuna and sweetcorn sandwitch on wholemeal bread

    17:30 WORKOUT

    19:00 After workout

    2x scoops of weight gain/whey in 1 pint of low fat milk {900 cals}

    MEAL 5 19:30

    150g salmon/beef, new potatoes, broccilli

    MEAL 6 22:00

    2x wholemeal toast with low fat peanut butter
    glass of milk
    2x tbs cottage cheese

    Not that great, but I've seen worse. I see a lot of problems. For the most part, try not to combine fats and carbs. Try to limit your shake consumption outside of PWO. Training for 90 minutes seems pretty long to me. Chicken bites? Rice Cakes? Weetabix? Toast?

    For carbohydrates sources try oats or sweet potatoes. Its not necessarily the fat in peanut butter that is bad, its the processed hydrogenated oils in them. Get yourself some Natural Peanut Butter instead. I like Smuckers brand..

    Not nearly enough food to support LBM gain at all as well..

    personally i dont bother with peanut butter period,but diet looks great to me,dont know where you came up with that idea chest!
    id stick some oats in the am for decent carb load.where is teh fat? maybe some in the rice cakes.
