    sth is wrong!!!!!

    hey guys i really need help here, i am now on my 4th week of clen (2 weeks on 2 weeks off) and now its my 3rd day. the problem is that am not losing weight at all although am doing cardio 45min a day (in the morning) and i train afternoon. my diet is
    protien shake in the morning
    brown rice with checken breast
    two cans of tuna
    and another protien shake.

    am 21 years old and my weight is 122kgs, ive been doing bodybuilding for two years an a half now.
    the thing that caused my weight to go up like crazy is a had an operation on my knee and i had to stop doing any sport and i gained weight like crazy....
    this is my first time on clen and am doing as recomeneded
    starting with .02 and going up.
    hope the information would help u guys to help me with my problem bcz i really need to lose weight as its effecting my knee now.... thnx

    I'll keep this as quick as possible cause Im kinda busy right now.

    1st of all IMO, the 2 weeks on/off is not an effective protocol to use check out the clen profile in the steroids profile forum which suggest (as I do) to run it 10-12 weeks straight.

    2-TBH, at 122kgs even 60kg.... Your diet SUCKS!
    read the cutting sticky A.S.A.P and revamp your diet because it's not and won't do you any good as you can see.

    ok man.... i read both threads and i think that they r amazing. i changed my diet relatively to what had been noted in the thread.
    (morning) 2 white eggs, 1/2 cup of oatmeal
    (3 hours later) protein shake (Pro-complex) , a can of tuna.
    (2 hours before working out ) a can of tuna.
    (pwo) a protein shake
    (45 min after PWO) two chekien breast, 1/2 cup of brown rice.
    (last meal) a protien shake.

    i only take protien supplement (pro-complex by optimum nutrition), i take CLEN.
    as for clean ill start my day with .02 and work my dose up throw the day (every 3-4 hours). when i reach 200mcg/day ill stick to it for 6-10 weeks.
    hmmm.... i dunno what else i guess thats it...

    Looks ok to begin with if this is your first but you'll have to work on this
    Its a good idea to look at other ppls cutting/bulking threads, just to see what they are doing. Nova is a good example, check it out man !

    You should get your fat loss going w/out any clen first, so u know what it takes.
    You then introduce exogenous substances.

    Your diet is lacking key fats, and fats are a key to having stored bodyfat go.

    I say read more and research for sure.

    ok.. guys bare with me, whats the fat that i should take and include in my meals that wont let me gain more fat???? i dunno really... am gonna try yams also in my diet but what else to have.
    i dont wanna reach 2% bodyfat i jast wanna lose the fat i gained. i just go to 100 kgs of sth close.

    Ya bro, you need the good fats to burn the fat stored on your body.

    Yams are excellent source of carbs (low GI) just make sure it fits into your dietary approach. Also, oats whole wheat pasta are great sources.

    Keep at your diet and you will reach your goals! Takes lots of determination as I soon found.

    so i have to fit yams into my diet also....
    whats the flax oil???? and where can find it ???? its a form of the fat that i should intake so i can burn that fat stored.
    and about the pre-mixed carbs the ultra fual supplyment is it good???

    Question 1: yes, yams have macros so make sure they fit in with your diet.

    Question 2: yes, it is a good form of fat (you can use olive oil if you prefer) and can find it in the grocery store in the dairy section (at safeway anyways).

    Question 3: I have no idea, haven't used it.
