    sth is wrong!!!!!

    hey guys i really need help here, i am now on my 4th week of clen (2 weeks on 2 weeks off) and now its my 3rd day. the problem is that am not losing weight at all although am doing cardio 45min a day (in the morning) and i train afternoon. my diet is
    protien shake in the morning
    brown rice with checken breast
    two cans of tuna
    and another protien shake.

    am 21 years old and my weight is 122kgs, ive been doing bodybuilding for two years an a half now.
    the thing that caused my weight to go up like crazy is a had an operation on my knee and i had to stop doing any sport and i gained weight like crazy....
    this is my first time on clen and am doing as recomeneded
    starting with .02 and going up.
    hope the information would help u guys to help me with my problem bcz i really need to lose weight as its effecting my knee now.... thnx

    I'll keep this as quick as possible cause Im kinda busy right now.

    1st of all IMO, the 2 weeks on/off is not an effective protocol to use check out the clen profile in the steroids profile forum which suggest (as I do) to run it 10-12 weeks straight.

    2-TBH, at 122kgs even 60kg.... Your diet SUCKS!
    read the cutting sticky A.S.A.P and revamp your diet because it's not and won't do you any good as you can see.

    ok man.... i read both threads and i think that they r amazing. i changed my diet relatively to what had been noted in the thread.
    (morning) 2 white eggs, 1/2 cup of oatmeal
    (3 hours later) protein shake (Pro-complex) , a can of tuna.
    (2 hours before working out ) a can of tuna.
    (pwo) a protein shake
    (45 min after PWO) two chekien breast, 1/2 cup of brown rice.
    (last meal) a protien shake.

    i only take protien supplement (pro-complex by optimum nutrition), i take CLEN .
    as for clean ill start my day with .02 and work my dose up throw the day (every 3-4 hours). when i reach 200mcg/day ill stick to it for 6-10 weeks.
    hmmm.... i dunno what else i guess thats it...

    Hmm...4th week of clen without a proper diet...good luck.

    I'm assuming your trying to cut??

    Carbs look way too low.

    Add good fats or good carbs to each meal.

    Too many shakes in your diet.

    PWO should be your only shake with dextrose or oats.

    1 chicken breast would be substantial for your PPWO.

    Always add macros to each meal with a final standing at the end...we have no clue to how many carbs/fats/calories your taking in each day.

    That's what I can see...now go back and READ the cutting sticky closely.

    its not fourth week if u read carfully i did the 2 weks on 2 weeks off.... and yeah i am trying to cut down. so if ur so expert with dieting upgrade my diet. and for your information i already lost 7 kgs since i started my (inproper diet). i want to lose more and that y i am seeking help from profession people.

    Looks ok to begin with if this is your first but you'll have to work on this
    Its a good idea to look at other ppls cutting/bulking threads, just to see what they are doing. Nova is a good example, check it out man !

    No bro I'm definitely NO professional (and don't get cocky with me, with that kind of attitude no one will help you with your diet), just thought I would give you my advise from what I saw off the top of my head.

    I can't even tell you how many times I have had to change my diet over the course of a couple weeks but whatever it takes!

    Ya, looks like the weight is coming off nicely. critique your diet and throw it back up on the board with macros.

    you lost 7kgs wow do you know what that consisted of water muscle and about 1 pound of fat. whats 122kg like 250. your diet looks like that of a small girl. acctaulyl read the diet stickies. what is that like 150 g's protein . I would basically double the diet you just laid out. shakes arent food bro they are a supplement. 2 egg whites is not a meal. either is a shake and a can of tuna. wheres your veggies? wheres your fat? i love how people just one day read about clen and think there going to be like 2 percent body fat 12 weeks later. are you taking taurine with the clen?

    You should get your fat loss going w/out any clen first, so u know what it takes.
    You then introduce exogenous substances.

    Your diet is lacking key fats, and fats are a key to having stored bodyfat go.

    I say read more and research for sure.

    ok.. guys bare with me, whats the fat that i should take and include in my meals that wont let me gain more fat???? i dunno really... am gonna try yams also in my diet but what else to have.
    i dont wanna reach 2% bodyfat i jast wanna lose the fat i gained. i just go to 100 kgs of sth close.

    Ya bro, you need the good fats to burn the fat stored on your body.

    Yams are excellent source of carbs (low GI) just make sure it fits into your dietary approach. Also, oats whole wheat pasta are great sources.

    Keep at your diet and you will reach your goals! Takes lots of determination as I soon found.

    so i have to fit yams into my diet also....
    whats the flax oil???? and where can find it ???? its a form of the fat that i should intake so i can burn that fat stored.
    and about the pre-mixed carbs the ultra fual supplyment is it good???

    Question 1: yes, yams have macros so make sure they fit in with your diet.

    Question 2: yes, it is a good form of fat (you can use olive oil if you prefer) and can find it in the grocery store in the dairy section (at safeway anyways).

    Question 3: I have no idea, haven't used it.

    flax is cheap at walmart get the seeds milled, less mess, plus u get fiber.
    is the carb stuff just a bunch of sugar? your much better with oatmeal maybe metmucli for more fiber and whole wheat, veggies.

    ok so i guess i came up with sth now.. .
    8:00am ill be having 4 white eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal, some olive oil as (EFA)
    11:00am lean protien (tuna, viggies)
    2:00pm (2 chiken breast, and viggies or i think maybe the yams)
    workout
    PWO protien shake(55g), and Maltodextrin (carbs)
    45 min after PWO- chiken breast, with 1/2 brown rice.
    or steak with some olive oil.
    7:00pm protien shake.

    thats it temporarly untill u guys comment at it. plz coment on it am trying my best to read and modify.

    you weigh 250 you need alot of food. your calories are too low still. olive oil isnt an efa flax and fish are efa's your fat is too low especially. You should get your bf tested it would make this easier plus how tall are you. are you really chubby or muscular with some chub?

    throw up a pic. dont end off your day with a protein shake. one a day after working out is all u need.

    am 180cm tall... am not fat... i have a good amount of musclar mass but i also have fat...
