hey guys i really need help here, i am now on my 4th week of clen (2 weeks on 2 weeks off) and now its my 3rd day. the problem is that am not losing weight at all although am doing cardio 45min a day (in the morning) and i train afternoon. my diet is
protien shake in the morning
brown rice with checken breast
two cans of tuna
and another protien shake.
am 21 years old and my weight is 122kgs, ive been doing bodybuilding for two years an a half now.
the thing that caused my weight to go up like crazy is a had an operation on my knee and i had to stop doing any sport and i gained weight like crazy....
this is my first time on clen and am doing as recomeneded
starting with .02 and going up.
hope the information would help u guys to help me with my problem bcz i really need to lose weight as its effecting my knee now.... thnx
