Getting macros correct before writing a diet
I weigh 210 6' 1' around 13 % bf. i would be lifting 5 days a week. 3 days cardio for 30-45 mins
protein 300g 1200 calories
carbs 120g 480 calories
fat 60 g 540 calories
2220 calories total
would this be a good template to start off with to right out a cutting diet for my size?
any input would be appreciated
