    Getting macros correct before writing a diet

    I weigh 210 6' 1' around 13 % bf. i would be lifting 5 days a week. 3 days cardio for 30-45 mins

    protein 300g 1200 calories
    carbs 120g 480 calories
    fat 60 g 540 calories

    2220 calories total


    would this be a good template to start off with to right out a cutting diet for my size?

    any input would be appreciated

    tip.. 2200 calories is not enough to support your LBM (lean body mass) if you are infact 12-13% which I doubt. I'd up the protein a bit and play with the carbs. Space your meals out evenly throughout the day and lean what food combos are best for losing fat. Cardio isn't a bad idea either, first thing in the morning before first meal or PWO is what I prefer.
    Now quit being a little bitch and start contributing a bit so we'll get off your back
    Oh btw I'd go with closer to 2500-2800 calories/day for 4-6wks and then reevaluate your BF/weight/measurements to see what needs to change.
