    Cutting Diet Help

I am going to take a shot ehre and ask for some help on a good cutting diet. Before you ask, Yes I have been reading and searching all over the place and I definitely get the idea of what has to happen.......
    Quick facts about me...
    33 (34 this month)
    6'0"
250 pounds, majority of my fat is around my waist....I was at 300, diet and cardio down to 228, worked out, now up to current weight....
I am looking for a diet to strip this weight off me.....then I want to change up and pack on some serious size..gone are the days of talking about it, time is running out...days to weeks, so on and so forth....
I drive a lot, so most things I will prepare the night b4....

    So my question is,
Should I use a cutting diet and focus primarily on cardio each day. As far as the diet goes I basically glean from the posts I have read (there have been a lot)
In the morning I will be working out and/or cardio
Then a PWO protien shake with the eggs and oatmeal?

    Second meal
Chicken Breast (I cook with olive oil and black pepper)

    Third Meal
    Protien shake (Using Isopure)

    Etc....
I know I will have to tailor it for me, but just looking for some guidelines of how to cut with working out in the morning..

Use these as a basis to work off of, then tailor them to your metabolism/bodytype.
