Abdominal skin will it shrink
I was wondering if I lose my gut if the skin will contract or if it will be flabby?
I guess I'm just looking for others experiences that I can draw on!
Here are my pics if that would give you some idea, I hope my belly didn't get to big to go back! LOL

from ur pics, dont think you should be having that problem of loose skin too much
if there is, and it should be minimal, it should tighten itself up in six months, assuming you maintain your low BF
i was fat as a kid/teenager up to my early 20s...2 yrs ago my loose skin was horrible...i did a cycle with HGH last yr (24 wks) and it may have helped my skin tighten up some..cant say it was the HGH or natural physiological process but today, its become much better (can atleast see my six pack) .. I guess you just have to be patient
cheers

you should be ok. if you are worried there are products women use post pregnancy (not vitamin e, something more expensive like 130 a tube, strvectum (sp??) or something). works very well. if i can come across the exact name i'll pm it to you.

that svrivectin or whatever doesnt work they have the stretch mark cream too which doesnt work. as long as you dont lose a lot of weight to wquickly like if you went on a crash diet you wont have to worry about lose skin. i lost about 35 pounds of body fat over 5 months. my skin is fine.

whatever do whatever you want. dont listen to me its fine. but you talk about me being an expert and im always wrong, what makes you the expert. im just trying for people to not waste there money on gimmicks. but one thing i know positviely is stretch marks dont go away except with age. so if this guy trys it for months wouldnt his body do it with out the 130 dollar cream?

you are starting arguments ove me statign my opinion on a product are you still mad about my comment saying his gut was hot? is it cause you were husky and people made comments like that so you have to put your angst at the neighborhood kids on me. im sorry, but this is very petty. if it makes you fell better than go ahead and keep bothering me. im going to state my opinions either way so stop clogging threads with your angst.

loose skin doesnt always have stretch marks. the products in question bring the blood supply back to the skin, which is extremely hard due to poor circulation, and bring the elasticity and tone back to the skin.
again, have you used any of these products? do you have any personal experience with them?
i never once mentioned anything about stretch marks disappearing either.

Wow guys! This thread seems to have taken on a life of its own. LOL
Thanks everyone for some great responses! I guess only time will tell if I will need to try products. As of now I don't have any loose skin, recently I have been losing about 3 lbs a week.
Except for last week we had my daughters birthday, and the 4th holliday. I ate like a pig and went from 180 to 187 probably a lot of food weight though.
I am currently at 180 again so we will see how it progresses.
Thanks again for the great responses! VVQ

you don't have to, this whole forum is about personal opinions, if anyone don't know it, then that’s their problem. all have the right to state their opinions and the person who asked the question can make his/her own judgment as to who to believe and what advise to take.
now back to the topic! i am 50, in May last year i weighed about 235-240 and now i weigh 194 (i need to update my profile), i too was concerned about sagging skin, but to my surprise my skin looks fine and its shrinking as i lose fat. even my wife made a comment the other day by saying that my body looks like young man's body, it was great hearing that. so based on my experience you have nothing to worry about, and i think you are way younger than me so you have the upper hand...congratulations on your progress...
