    Diet Issues

I was told to post here umpteen times by some of you so here it goes.

Quick Note: I cant hold anything i eat down for more than a few hours, before im on the pot shittin it out.

I eat as much as i can daily. I eat subway, and togo's which are two sandwich shops by my house. Of course thats not all i eat. I normally make myself some bacon/sausage and eggs in the morning. Usually eat a few home made peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (heard bread was good). I drink A LOT of water, and try to avoid soda..

    Whats wrong with the diet?

    no carbs for breakfast??

read the stickys to get a basic idea of what your diet should be like.

post a detailed list of what you usually eat each day, including how many grams of protein, fat and carbs each meal has. be as specific as possible

what is your body like and what are your goals, are you trying to gain weight/lose weight...

give us as much information as possible and we will help you get your diet on track

OK post your freakin diet.. don't give us a brief half-asses description of how you nibble on food throughout the day.

    Example:
    9:00am - 6eggs(scrambled) + 4pieces wheat toast + banana + 1glass milk (1%)

    11:30am - 6oz (a handful haha) of chicken + 2handfuls of Brown rice + vegetables

1:00pm DITTO... you gotta eat son..
Here's a link to the diet forum..
