High intensity cardio.. how to work it in
Im an mma fighter and a staple of our endurance training is interval training. I like to do long distant sprints personally. Anyway, i was wondering how to work that into my diet.. im cutting weight right now.. what type of meal (P/F or P/C) should i eat before the cardio, and how long before it? on the contrary, what type of meal should i eat afterwards, and long after?

i never do hit cardio...however i understand because of MMA you have to..but id say try to get a pro/carb meal right before and right after to try to insure muscle loss and fatigue is cut down..good luck bro

like m wolffey said. if you are doing long distance sprints i would treat it like a workout almost. definately have a pro/carb meal before like 30minutes before and have another pro/carb meal afterwards.
