    Carb loading phases

I made some research on Carb loading/depletion phases while on a cutting diet but i didn't really get things straight.
Most people say u should carb load e4-5d, but which loading works best for a dry look?
shitloading? or just clean carbs loading?
can someone please give me some info on how a cutting diet with carb loading and depletion phases should look like?
    Just to get things straight.
    Thanx

how far into the cut are you? you don't need to do much depeleting at any beginning stages IMO. but after depleting for a few days, go back to your normal carb intake in your diet. then do it again for 3 or 4 more days. then after that you can load. that is how i did it. if we hypothetically start on day 1. then days 1-2 will be normal. 3-7 depleted. 8-10 normal. 11-15 depleted. and then day 16 would be my carb up. and then as you go on with teh diet it wuld get more frequent. like say 1-2 normal. 3-6 depleted day 7 load. days 8-10 normal. 11-14 depleted day 15 load. so on. but it depends on you and how far along you are and how well you tolerate carbs, and how many carbs you are cutting with in the first place.

oh, and i do it clean. i used sweet potatos on all my normal days, so i loaded with oats. no reason to get nasty when you're cutting and trying to lose bodyfat.

This differs for everyone, there is no "1" set rule.

I myself found out what my maintenance calories (about 3,100 for me) were and had all meals pro/carb and made the last meal before bed pro/fat. This approach has worked well for me.

I have seen many people just double the amount of carbs they have per meal. For example: if you have 1/2 cup oats for meal 1, then make it 1 cup etc.

Experiment and see what works for you.
