    subway is ok...most fast food is really bad..are you tryin to lose weight or bulk...either or...theres websites where you can go and find out whats in it...other than that, ill let someone with more experience answer.

    i always have my cans of chicken, tuna, flax, peanut butter, and oats with me at all times. buy frozen vegetables. i have a freezer at work at it is stock full of frozen veggies. you just have to plan ahead. im at work all day and i get by.

    im not a big fan of protein bars alot of them are ground up cow hooves and simple sugars. plus my tuna is only 60 cents. i normally have a can opener in my pocket

    ziploc bags can work wonders. lunch boxes / coolers work too.

    i have 3 lunch pales for all my food. im a driver for a tile store so im on the road 6 hours out of the day

    very nice. grocery store salad bars offer a nice variety for very cheap.

    yeah im going to start bring lunch boxes with me becuase im getting way to much mercury and sodium from the tuna i eat. i dont want to become a bloated thermometer or anything.

    there's a place near by me called samurai sam's. i know they're a chain, but i don't know how many of them are around. you can get a brown rice bowl, double the chicken (pay extra for the white meat) and sub the teriyaki sauce for soy sauce. it's actually a pretty solid pro/carb meal.

    cottage cheese is a great on the go meal, but if you are a serious dieter invest in a little cooler and pack your food. IMO protein bars are all shit.

    you are better off brining chicken in tupperware and not even bother using a cooler than eating that chicken.
