add extra oats, another can of tuna here and there, more chicken and beef. natural peanut butter. those will jack up the cals for sure.

Beeeeeeer! j/k sorry I'm dieting so don't mind me

Yea fruit is a great addition to a bulk IMO.. Never heard of anyone getting fat off of too much fruit lol
I usually do an apple in the morning and a few bananas throughout the day.. Oh how I miss my fruit.

Ya fruit is good. But just not too much of it. Although most actually have low GI believe it or not with the sugar content (fructose) it can definitely add to fat stores. The problem with fructose is that people think ok it has a low GI so I can load up on it, well fructose actually doesnt require insulin to be pushed into and stored in your tissues. Now that SUCKS. So early in the day is usually when I have bananas.

lmao.. yea I figured you'd feel me on that one.. not doing so bad actually just overexadurating a bit. Still a little over 6wks out and looking a bit ahead of schedule. Deff appreciate the PM, helped a lot. gathering different ideas and building what I think will work best for me. Peace

Btw, chocolate chip cookie dough icecream is great.

Great ideas Tai...that is exactly what i will do....

Bino, i am only going to have some fruit with breakfast and maybe a piece after the gym....thanks for the advice...

BD...that is what i did, i got a general consensus froma lot of smart people here, then just went with one person to get me perfectly dialed in....once you find that person you have to do exactly what they say and do not deviate from there plan, and do not question it....
