anyone have a good recipe for low fat dressing to use with pro/fat meals with low sugar?
i use olive oil if i use a dressing. i think it tastes damn good on everything, but that might not be what you're after
that could work...any thoughts on what to combine with it to give it more taste and variety?

im dedicated but not enough to eat plain food! i'll go with vinegar and olive oil and count the ollive oil as th emacro for the fat in the meal. thanks man.
