When you schedule meals throughout the day? Yes, ofcourse.

If you mean throughout the day then yes. not just after workouts.

It sure does!
Especially for pre/pwo meals. If you do a meal replacement meal 60min for pre that's fine. If you eat chicken/starchy carb/veg you would eat that 2hours for pre. For pow, you need to consume pro/simple sugar limitedly after your workout. So identify your goals and planning out your meals will definitely help in your performance.

Food is fuel - give your body the right fuel and you will be able to go all day.
Space your food out accordingly and make sure your taking in the right kinds of food.
