Post Cardio Nutrition

After cardio should i be eating like after a regular workout day?Like usually i drink 1.5 servings of gatorade, serving of muscle milk, bananna and corn syrup directly after my workout.

I'd never eat that after cardio myself, no.

You said cardio in your first post, and now you stated workout which leads me to think "weight training".

What exactly are you inquiring about?

well it was cardio first because i thought i had the post workout nutrition right, but u sed u would never eat wut i would eat ever so now im wondering if i have to change my post workout food.

So what should i be eattin postworkout? thanks

Many utilize dextrose/whey protein mixed in water post-weight training.

I do this myself also and love it.

well this subject is widely debated...i myself do a shake w/dex ppwo is pro/carb meal as well some say pro/fat after workout the subject has been beaten to death several times...do a search...nobodys word is final..not even the professionals...take advice but do what works best for you

Yea i get the dextrose in the corn syrup, so would u recommend not takin gatorade anymore post workout?

corn syrup? hmm i just use dextrose in a bag... i dunno maybe a gallon of ms buttersworth will do the trick
