Tommorrow i am going to start my first cut. i have dieted before but never the right way. As i stand now i am around 13%bf. im gettign the calipers that they sell to test it. How accurate are these? ill test my bf every so often amybe once ever other week. I am 208 pounds 6'1'. I will post my diet when i get time to work out all the macros. It will consist of 350 g protein, 150-200 g carbs only post workout and in the morning. 40 grams of fat mostly from efa's. this is abotu 2350-2550 calories. it will consist of all whole foods except whey post workout. ill be trying out CEE and amp during this cut so i can keep some strngth and energy. I will post pics later on today and every once in a while. I want to write this log because if i dont then i might give up and not finish, but if i do write a log then i can keep track and have all of you for support and suggestions. plus, if i feel i will look like a fool if i fail. any suggestions comments would be great.
