Is this possible?
Assuming training is correct, can your diet be to high caloric wise yet not meet the needs of your body to gain muscle?
EX: Like if you had very little protein but high carbs and fat

O yeah it sure is possible man, i hace scean it first hand when sloppy bulking it can get bad...............

yeah this goes back to a calorie is just a calorie argument that comes up from time to time. you can eat pure crap as opposed to clean and THERE WILL be a difference.
