Exclamation Simple Diet for Pro Boxer!!!

Hey guys, I'm looking for a decent diet. I want to lose weight and have enough carbs for my daily work out. It is very hard for me to eat more than 3 times a day. I'd preffer a simple diet that includes a daily dose of eggs and meat. A healthy alternative to my cookie munching habit wouldn't hurt either.

Currently I'll wake up around noon, eat something like cereal (whole milk) or a yogurt...at around 4 I'll have my carbs, meat potatoe & tortillas...work out from 6 to 9...and around 10 I have my final meal, ussually includes eggs.

Well, your steroid cycle thread is currently getting torn apart as people think it's a joke w/you being a pro boxer and benching a max of 120 lbs.

As far as diet, eating 3 times a day is horrid and what you are currently eating is worse.

haha...I know, I'm not a very big guy at all, I'm just very over weight, did all my amateur bouts at lightweight (135), got into a motorcycle accident, severly dislocated my shoulder and elbow, so I don't lift a barbell over 60lbs. I don't know why people go off thinking punching power is in the bench pressing though.

So you "used" to be a proboxer or you still are?

Been boxing all my life, dad & uncles were pro boxers....did my Golden Gloves at 135lbs when I was 18/19...turned "pro" last year at super middle, I've had 3, 4 round fights, they're just a step above amateur bouts but pro none the less. Have a fight scheduled in November at 154 and eventually I want to compete at 147 where the competition is better than 168lbs.

the majority of technically "pro" athletes in a lot of sports are very poor and barely paid crap. like golf, most pro golfers are not paid much at all.

Not to mention some lightweights make pro in BB'ing as well, but you never hear of them or see them because they're like 160lbs
