    Just drink Guiness. I swear it builds muscle, lol yeah beer muscle's. Anyway I love it. I was told that if you occasionally drink when on a cycle you have to take milk thisle for your liver. I take it anyway.

    Whats with your advice and drinking guiness?? Beer is a big no no while on and definatly not suggested while cutting.

    Drinking while bulking is ok once and a while as long as you eat and dont get dehydrated the next day. Make sure to drink water and eat during the process. Much more than once a week is asking for it and wasting your aas.

    I like to have a Crown + 7up from time to time.. moderation is key. I drink about as much as I watch T.V. and that's extremely rare.

    Yeah sure it does sound crazy, but for bulking purposes, at least some of those calories in alcohol has got to go into building muscles.
    A 40oz of malt liquor generally has 700 calories...now that is bulking material lol...a triple whopper with bacon added, king size meal complimented by the beverage choice of a 40 oz malt liquor= 6,000 calories in one meal!
    there is a difference betwen calories.

    If you ate a diet consisting of carbs only you would not gain one gram of muscle mass even if you consumed 20 000 kcal/day.

    kcal dont build muscle, the ONLY thing that can build muscles is amino acids. Carbs are muscle building in the sense that they are protein sparing and thus allow more amino acids to the muscles.

    Now alcohole is catabolic so it increase breakdown of muscle and it also blunts fatburning so you get smaller and fatter.

    Drinking doesnt need to be justified by any hypotethical muscle building properties either, its fun and thats all the justification it needs

    OMG it does make it so much worse. I always knew not to drink on orals or even on cycle but I did once. It was my birthday so I wanted to have a good time and party. Was sick as hell the next day. Once I remembered I was taking my late night dbol with a shot of vodka I never drank on orals again.
