Just drink Guiness. I swear it builds muscle, lol yeah beer muscle's. Anyway I love it. I was told that if you occasionally drink when on a cycle you have to take milk thisle for your liver. I take it anyway.

Drinking while bulking is ok once and a while as long as you eat and dont get dehydrated the next day. Make sure to drink water and eat during the process. Much more than once a week is asking for it and wasting your aas.

I like to have a Crown + 7up from time to time.. moderation is key. I drink about as much as I watch T.V. and that's extremely rare.

kcal dont build muscle, the ONLY thing that can build muscles is amino acids. Carbs are muscle building in the sense that they are protein sparing and thus allow more amino acids to the muscles.
Now alcohole is catabolic so it increase breakdown of muscle and it also blunts fatburning so you get smaller and fatter.
Drinking doesnt need to be justified by any hypotethical muscle building properties either, its fun and thats all the justification it needs
