WTF ranch are you using? 5 grams of sugar per serving sucks balls. There are better options out there.

Reduced fat or fat free has sugar added in a horrible attempt to make up for the lack of taste because of the fat being removed.
Suggesting to use the "FF" kind makes no sense, as that is the kind that has the MOST sugar. Pay attention people......

Anyhow, I never payed too much attention to sugar grams in the FF kind. Just assumed it was better. My mistake.

I usually use 1 carb italian FF dressing.
