Pre-Season Football Program and Diet, need advice
Hey guys,
I play football and we starting our camp mid-august, starting out with testing (bench, 40yrd, t-test and all that) and then go on to 2 a days.
I'm looking for a program and diet to help me gain power and strength before camp. If anyone could help me out and throw in some ideas that would be great. I've been working out off and on lately as I work in a very remote area during the summer, but now we have a half decent gym, so please let me know guys!

Thanks IF,
I read the first two, but here is a dumb question......so will these not only bulk me up but help with strength? Because I've heard that you can't do both at once......

Yes they will help you bulk up if your training right strenght will come.. I think you might have misheard.. Most ppl say you cant loose bf and gain muscle at the same time..

i'm not really worried about losing fat, the practices will take care of that
