suggestions please
14-16 week cycle
600mg eq 12 or 14 weeks
600mg prop 14 or 16 weeks
furazabol 60mg/ed first 8weeks
clen and t3 last 2 weeks and pct
24 years old, 5'7", 234lbs., 16%bf, mostly in the gut, fat pretty even everywhere else.
2 cycles of prop before. what do you guys think would be a good diet for me?

Judging by your BF%, I would do a cutting diet and then a bulk...that's just me.

lol, i guess i did leave it as a "make me a diet kind of thing. I was also just guessing my bf. its actually 13. and when i say gut fat it means i cant see my abs that well, i dont have a hanger or anything. i do diet well and know what im doing.
this is how i do it:
circuit train every other day with a monster routine (keeps your hr at about 135 or 140)
inbetween days i do 2 miles on the treadmill, 2 miles outside on a mountain bike.
egg whites in the morning, shake and supp's b4 and after gym, 20grams prot. preWO, 42grams postWO. i cheat here and there cause theres an ices place across the street from me with hottest girls so i go and have a scoop just to have a reason to bs with them and have a casein shake 40grams before bed. lunch and dinner are always sushi or chicken and rice.
im 234lbs, 5'7", 50" jacket, 34" pants, that gives you an idea of what i look like. im by far not close to fat, just dont look like dexter jackson

i asked about a routine in one and diet in the other. and i asked because truly intelligent people welcome the ideas and opinions of others. i know what im doing but dont presume to ever know everything about anything.
so what did you think not optimal my diet, my compounds, or both? please suggest anything you think to be helpful
im also not looking to be contest material. more like jeff munson or phil baroni. theyre the best comparison of my desire that i can think of. supposedly baroni is around 7-9% before fights. munson is similar.
my diet is limited and spotty the way it is because of my work schedule so i work with what i have.
so again anything that you can suggest will be greatly appreciated
