Hey guys...I was wondering if anyone happens to have an article link or if someone can tell me the reasoning behind when to eat protein/fat vs protein/carbs (The bulking sticky in the diet forum says something about insulin spiking, but I'm looking for some sort of explanation rather than mere assertion.) Also, the sticky mentions that its important to have the right ratio of macronutrients but doesn't explain what that ratio is and why, does anyone know or have a link that I can follow? Thanks!
