    Canned Sweet Potatoes!

    Finally found some vaccum canned ones without the added syrup, just open the can and eat! MMMM

    But he probably meant, that the ingredients werent good like too much sugars or preservs etc...

    The only ingredient on the side of the can is Sweet Potatoes. There isn't anything added, the can is just vaccuum sealed for freshness.

    i don't know really. i guess i would just rather have fresh produce, why not just bake a fresh one? i guess convenience of having it warm??? i dont know. but if its legit, them why not right.

    I tossed the can, but I'm gona go and get em again either tommorow or thursday, than I'll post back. I check 3 different supermarkets and Hy-Vee was the only one that had em.

    I got these the other day too. I saw the huge cans and I almost got wood! i bought like 12 of them. So good! You can usually find them in the rice aisle at Shop Rite

    I saw these in the store tonight. No syrup added sweet potatoes. They had 12g sugar per serving, which included 2 potatoes. That seems like a lot of sugar if these weren't included PWO on a cutting diet.

    Natures Pride is the brand name. 12g of sugar is quite a bit, but if you eat the sweet potatos like once a week, its not gona kill you.
