Candy, Beer, alcohol.. Its basically a food with poor nutritional values mostly from processed carbs and fatS. They lack vitamins and all the good stuff you could say..

ex: you could eat some sugar candy and it could have 100 grams of sugar.. but what does that give you? theres no vitamins or nutrients in it.. so its called empty cals.. hope that clears it up for you

Yea, it does. Thanks a lot. So, basically, just stick to "real" foods. No worries here though. I don't eat candy or drink pop (any junk food for that matter), and I rarely drink alcohol.

Calories that you eat and your body doesn't need and can'te for anything.
