random diet questions
First i should say im on AAS.
Tren 70mg ED
Prop 100mg ED
Winny 50mg ED
Clen 2 weeks on/off
B-Complex
Letro 25mg ED
1 Animal Pak before workout.
Liquid Amino Acids, before and after workout
Taurine 100mg ED
No-Explode 2 scoops before workout
As you can tell im looking to build lean mass.
Questions:
1. Would i get better results eating real food within 30min after workout (mostly chicken breast and Yams) or a Whey shake or a combination of the two.
2. If the above answer is "real food" what if i work out late (2-3 hours before bed) in the day, is it still okay to eat the Yams.
3. What sort of food should I be eating before working out?

you should've taken care of your diet issue before you started aas. whey is good for directly after your workout with something like dex/oats/yams etc. about an hour later you need real food. chicken is always good, lean beef, turkey, any kind of lean protein and oats/yams/ww pasta etc. not to pound it in, but you need to check your diet before you start sticking yourself.
