3. 6-day split is too much training IMO, cut it down to four and lengthen the session to an hour...your body needs more rest than usual to repair especially during cutting....also hope your cardio is A.M. most of the time
4. As for your pics, you have a ways to go but up your calories and go slow (try not to shed more than 2 lbs per week), so you can maximize muscle maintenance...
