    Question Daily intake

Alright, I'm about to start a cycle at the beginning of August and here's my intake now.

Instead of 3 meals a day, I've bumped up to 5-6 a day averaging about 3000 calories. I do not eat any fast food so my fat intake insn't that high but my carbs are around 300.

In the morning I have my Prolab N-Large shake which I also have after my workout. Before going to bed I have a Whey Protein shake. I've added currently added taking a Weider 2200 shake during the afternoon. So in shakes alone, I'm having about 3000 calories, 500 carbs.

I'd rather not cut down on my shakes because of my shift work I don't have much time to eat.

    I also take multi Vitamins.

Any thoughts or suggestions? my goal is obviously to bulk up.

You need to eat some real solid food as well. Also, the cycle you proposed in the steroid forum is fine but.....I really don't think you should consider AAS at this time. Your 6'2 and only 160? You have room to grow naturally. AAS should be taken after you have reached your potential naturally and you definately haven't reached your genetic potential. Your diet needs work. You can have 3 weight gainer shakes a day, but you also need to eat some chicken breasts, lean red meat, fish, slow digesting carbs and some unsaturated fats. Starting a cycle now is a very bad idea.

I guess I'm confused about your question. Are you asking if the total calories that you listed are in the ball park for a bulking diet while "ON"?

    How old are you?

Post your current diet with all the macros.

yes, solid food needs to be utilized in most meals in every kind of diet, with the exception of PWO IMO. Solid foods take longer to digest and keep you less hungry and give you more nutrients etc. then a shake.

I appreciate your advice pdog, I went 6 years weighing in at 140 lbs it wasn't untill the last year that I've been able to get my weight up to 160 lbs now I've seem to have reached a plateau again. When I take my creatine I go up to 170 but it's all water and I lose it in about 4 days so I just wanted to get boost over this. I'd be quite happy at 190 lbs if that's the heaviest I ever got. My goal is to be 205....some day.

It's gonna be hard not to start a cycle now that I have the gear..it's just too tempting. I'd like to say I'll wait but truthfuly I think I'm still gonna start it in August.

I will take your advice and increase my intake the foods you mentioned.

    Thanks bro

I'm warning you, if you do decide to cycle, you better do it right all the way or it's a waste of time and money and it could potentially mess your body up. Your diet needs a change big time. You need to eat 6-7 meals a day provided that 2-3 of them are weight gainers. Lean meats and slow digesting carbs. Protein shake and quick digesting carbs after workout. Caloric intake needs to be at least 3500 if you wanna see some results. I hope you know what PCT is because if you don't do it or mess it up, you'll lose a lot if not all your gains. At least change up your diet and do some more research on cycles and PCT before you start. It's the least you could do for yourself.
