    not enough calories

bah...so apparently my diet of 2400 calories wasn't enough. I hurt my back but before then i was working out (martial arts) for like 2-3 hours a day. With gym time every other day. I was at 250 and 6'1. I plateau'd. So I hurt my back like i said, and for the past week i have been unable to do anything really except minor cardio (walking , stairs). And i just stayed on the diet out of habbit. Low and behold...plateau goes away and i'm at 240. And it's just not from my muscles atrophying....cus i can see the difference a lil.

So i guess it's back to the drawing board ont he diet... just thought i'd share / rant :|
