Do you know how to get girls in bed?
There is this girl who I knew in HS. She was fine as hell. Cheerleader at that kind of stuff. Now I saw here 4 years out and she has gained like 25 pounds. Since HS I have put on about 50 pounds with little bf. But my question is I told her I would help her lose that weight because the face is still out of this world and if I can get her to drop that weight it would be perfect. SHe is 5'6 145 pounds. What kind of diet should I put here on what are some workouts I could do. I dont know anything about the girls diets so any kind of advice would be awsome. Thank you everybody.

ok she's fat .we realize that. you want to lean her out and you think she's gonna nail you because she'll be so grateful for all your help?? i mean nothing grosses me out more than a fat chick so i couldn't do what i'm about to say but, if i were you.... i would fuck her now while she's nasty so she'll think you're not shallow. once she loses the weight, if you've been fucking her right while she's a chunker maybe she'll stick around when she looks good again.OR once she's bangin' again she'll ditch you, but at least you can say you fucked her to people when they see she's bangin'.no one will know you nailed her when you went hoggin'!!!hahaha

low carb diet. Put her on hydro or drine. And have her do so much cardio that she will feel like puking everytime she gets off the treadmill. And lots of sex!

....try ZONE diet, i find it works great for woman, as for training 3-4 times a week each body part once a week...and cardio first thing in the morning......30-45 min............XXL

First of all 5'6" 145lbs is not fat, it may be soft, but I doubt fat. I have seen plenty of women at ~140 that were tight and of course pretty muscular. then again she might be lying...with women its been known to happen

Do exactly what these guys are saying. Cardio 4-5times a week.
Sensible diet. Training 2-3 times a week.
Def. hit it up lo carb high protein moderate fat.
That will shed fat fast and since she is not worried about staying huge like us...it is a completely diff. scenario than if a bber was trying to drop the fat while staying large...im sure she wouldnt mind sacrificing some muskel!
anyway, i like partyboys comments the best...!!

First determine what kind of diet she is following at the moment ,the best is to get her use to eating more (6) smaller meals and to get the metabolism going throughout the day. Cardio in the morning also helps
Be sure that what ever eating or training program you put her on that she enjoys it or else it won't last

Pitbull has made some valid points. One needs to injest no less than 5 to 6 small meals through out the day. Once her lean muscle mass begins to increase her metabolism will begin to rise as well. Introduce her to AR. It seems here lately that our female membership has fallen off somewhat and we need all of the female memebers that we can get. There si a worl of info here that can inspire her as well as help her achieve her goals. ( And I might add yours as well!) Is she inrolled in a gym? Does she have any type of physical activity that could be considered areboic in nature? All of these are important points to address. Be supportive and not critcal. That is formost the worst thing you could do.

The first thing you should do is make sure to tell her that looking good is not going to take a "diet", but a lifestyle change. Most women want to look better, but don't realize how much time and energy it takes.
After that i'd go with PAPA on the rest.

i mean i'm not hitting anything remotely close to 140 but i'm sure she'd appreciate a little porno action while she's down in the dumper.i'm thinking once she leans out that body isn't gonna be for the taking anymore. here is what you have to do to bag her when she is hot again.i just told my sister the other day to use this exact procedure and i tell it to anyone going into a new relationship.........(drum roll!!) i call it........."THE MILITARY APPROACH TO MOLDING YOUR NEW FOUND ASS"here is how it works and believe me it works like a charm .it has never ever EVER failed me or anyone else i told to use this fine tuned technique.
1.) be nice to her for two weeks all the while looking for her insecurities(whether it be, looks, education, family, anything)this will come into play later
2.) after week two bring the niceness down a few notches.almost to the point of indifference as the whether she walks the earth or not
3.)(this is where molding comes in). have dinner w/ her somewhere upscale. THIS STEP IS WHERE IT ALL BEGINS AND IS ONLY GOOD IF YOU HAVE DONE YOUR HOMEWORK THE FIRST TWO WEEKS!!IF SHE HAS NOT DIVULGED ANY INSECURITIES AND YOU JUST WEREN'T PAYING ATTENTION EXTEND STEP ONE UNTIL YOU HAVE FOUND OUT!! assuming you did your homework, while having dinner make a subtle comment such as, " you look run down(meaning you look like shit) are you ok?" THEN!!!! say something to the effect, " no i was just kidding,haha". or " did you gain a few pounds?" " no i was just kidding,haha".
4.). throw one of these subtle comments followed by, "no, i'm just kidding in once a week.it takes a girl at least a week and a few phone calls to her gf's to forget your little comment.
5.)keep this up for two weeks
6.) after that, go back to being "nice guy" from step one for a month.
7.) continue to repeat this process.work it like a cycle.
the idea behind it is to break her down and build her back up.make her think she is worthless, BUT only you the "nice guy" see her for who she is and truly accept her and love her for her.see how it's like the military??break them down and build them back up!!
my sister is currently using my technique on her new bf.at first he was all cocky and shit.i told her about my technique and now is is an insecure pussy who can't do shit wo/ her approval.she's been w/ him for 8 months.. trust me it has never failed anyone. BTW i hope you realize in this time where you are fuckign w/ her head, you are trying to nail her too. this will all be in my book of tricks when i'm finished typing it so don't worry you'll get more than just this technique!!!

What these guys are telling you is right! They dont mean that you have to put your girl through the "Andrew Dice Clay" women's school of etiquette, but I believe it seriously takes a good amount of "Constructive Criticism" to make someone really re-evaluate themselves and take that step to Want so bad to change themselves, that they're driven by mind and heart to go through with it. Like partyboy said, scrog it now, show her a lil respect, and you might end up having a real good friend forever.
