There is this girl who I knew in HS. She was fine as hell. Cheerleader at that kind of stuff. Now I saw here 4 years out and she has gained like 25 pounds. Since HS I have put on about 50 pounds with little bf. But my question is I told her I would help her lose that weight because the face is still out of this world and if I can get her to drop that weight it would be perfect. SHe is 5'6 145 pounds. What kind of diet should I put here on what are some workouts I could do. I dont know anything about the girls diets so any kind of advice would be awsome. Thank you everybody.
