    Thought i would share a new mustard I found.

    Its called Jalapeno mustard made by Silver Spring. It has 0 calories and 0 fat 0 carbs 0 pro 65mg sodium..This stuff is amazing I have been mixing my tuna with it lately, it also tastes great on boiled chicken and salmon-

    Check it out it made me look forward to my daily tuna once again!

    yeah that jalepeno mustard is the sh!t. i love spicy foods.
