Alright guys. On days off from lifting, is it still beneficial to have your PWO shake at the same time you normally would? Or since you haven't worked out, is it better to leave the dextrose out of it? Or no shake at all? Thanks for the wisdom.

No shake at all on off days for me.
no shake. your diet should slightly differ from training days to off days. basically lose teh pwo and just move another meal into teh schedule where it might be. know what i mean? work in another meal, and most do not conume as many calories on off days.
Awesome. Thanks guys.
Only if you go to K-Sate cause you guys are a bunch of pussies! J/K!!!!!!!!!!Originally Posted by J0KER
I would just leave it out and get the protein from a whole food source.

PWO shake = shake consumed POST workout.
If there is no workout, why would you utilize a PWO shake?
