Trying a timed carb diet, critique wanted

    Hi,

i have decided to try a timed carb dieting approach and i would like comments/critique about my plan. My previous cutting diet was a "traditional" low fat diet but i decided to try something different this time. So.. here's my diet:

    Non-training day
    Meal1: 50g whey + 1cup oats
    Meal2: 2cans tuna + 1tbls olive oil
    Meal3: 14oz ground beef (10% fat)
    Meal4: 50g whey + 1tbls olive oil
    Meal5: 5 eggs
    Meal6: 2cans tuna + 1tbls olive oil

    300g protein, 70g carbs, 138g fat = 2750kcal

    Training day
    Meal1: 50g whey + 1cup oats
    Meal2: 2cans tuna + 1tbls olive oil
    Meal3: 5 eggs
    Meal4: 2cans tuna + 1tbls olive oil
    ----Training-----
    PWO1: 50g whey + 100g dextro/malto
    PWO2: 7oz chicken + 100g white rice

    290g protein, 250g carbs, 84g fat = 2900kcal

Cardio is done 5 times per week and weight training is eod. My stats are 207lbs and 5'10".

So... how does this look ?

you are auto-cycling carbs on on/off days..so thats works
however, i feel you have too many pwo and ppwo carbs on training days....I'd go for 80 pwo and 50 ppwo.. although that ultimately depends on your current BF% or metabolism...just my .02

Yeah, i thought about that too. I think i'll experiment with the current pwo & ppwo for a couple of weeks and then try with the lower carbs. Currently this diet is working great, i have lots of energy on training days and don't feel like i'm starving.
