    Suggestions for Good Snacks while on Cycle..

    How bout Tuna,
    beef jerky
    salad but what else........thanks bruthas...

    I dont have snacks at all, like Matrix suggested I dont see the need for it as I eat every 2.5 hours, snacking would just add macros that I dont need and put on unwanted bodyfat.

    If you are "really hungry" then you need to eat more at your meal times.

    I mean, if you are bulkin' and still get hungry from time to time, add something healthy as was listed above sure. But, if it's an everyday occurrence where you are hungry all the time in between meals, then you have to increase those meal sizes.

    Good advice. I have done snacks in the past from time to time, almonds for the most part. But I definitely have to say just getting better meals are the best option. Add in some more vegetables if you arent getting full enough (brocolli or green beans etc) they really help to fill me up and keep my fibre up as well.
