Ok guys...i read the sticky and all that...had a diet outlined that apparently was WAY light as i posted about already. Here's my question... i'm trying to stay around 3000 cal... i'm 6'1 bout 240 and 25% bf. So I'm trying to stick to the 50 P / 30 C / 20 F ratio, but that's like 900 calories from carb a day? Is that right? Thaz a sh*t load of carbs isn't it?
