Diet help
Ok guys...i read the sticky and all that...had a diet outlined that apparently was WAY light as i posted about already. Here's my question... i'm trying to stay around 3000 cal... i'm 6'1 bout 240 and 25% bf. So I'm trying to stick to the 50 P / 30 C / 20 F ratio, but that's like 900 calories from carb a day? Is that right? Thaz a sh*t load of carbs isn't it?

50/30/20 will work fine for your goals.
Yeah, it equals out to be 900 calories from carbohydrates (225g carbs) and 1500 calories from protein (375g protein)..... No thats not necessarily a lot of carbs, thats just what it equals out to. Calories is the big picture and as long as you are in somewhat of a defecit, you will start shedding pounds granted that you keep that good ratio @ 50/30/20

Ya, I use to always be terrified of carbs (formal fat a$$) but I have been sucessfully shedding the lbs. with about 200g carbs every day and will probly up them a bit more.
