for me personally, i feel it flushes me out too much, and i spend more time pissin out my nutrients. i stick with 1 gallon a day max. but thats me, i suggest it depends on your body weight.
I pound out 1-1.5 gallons / day @ 185lbs bodyweight
i dont force any of this water down... i just always have water in front of me and when i feel thirsty, i drink water.
